YOGA SOL MALLORCA Team

At Yoga Sol Mallorca, you are welcomed by an experienced and diverse team of certified yoga teachers. Each of us brings unique expertise – from Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow to Yin Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and even yoga for golfers.

We are active all across Mallorca: whether it’s yoga by the sea, in private fincas, boutique hotels, or directly at your home – we design each session to perfectly suit you, your group, and your holiday.

Our strength lies in flexibility and individuality:

  • Private Yoga Mallorca – tailor-made one-to-one sessions for your personal goals.

  • Yoga Private Sessions Mallorca – exclusive for couples, friends, or small groups.

  • Yoga events and retreats – we also support you during special occasions or on travels.

With experience, sensitivity, and passion, we create moments of calm, mindfulness, and energy – whether you are already experienced or stepping onto the mat for the very first time.

To help you get to know us better, we’ve answered three little questions that offer a glimpse into our world of yoga.

1.  Yoga with heart
What style do you teach – and how does it feel?

2. Yoga under the sun of Mallorca
Where do your classes take place – and what makes them special?

3. Fun fact about me
A charming little insight that sticks with you

1. Yoga with Heart and Power

I teach "Empower Yoga" – a mix of flowing Hatha, Vinyasa, and sometimes Yin. Always with a focus on breath, mindset, and precise alignment. Lots of energy, clear guidance – and surprises. Someone once said: “Kathi is like a surprise bag.” Come and see for yourself!

2. Yoga under the Mallorcan Sun

My classes take place around Santanyí – that’s where I live. Whether personal or group sessions: you choose the time and place, and I’ll bring the mat to wherever it’s beautiful. Promise: you’ll feel recharged afterwards!

3. Fun Fact about Me

My hair is almost always wet – in winter because I never blow-dry it, and in summer because I spend hours in the sea. And yes: my last name really is Schlangenotto. My full name doesn’t even fit on a credit card.

1. Yoga Style with Heart

I'm a passionate yoga teacher with a focus on Vinyasa Yoga – a dynamic style that blends strength, mindfulness, and inner balance.
In addition to classes for adults, I love teaching yoga to kids and teens – playfully, creatively, and with lots of heart.

Whether young or old, solo or as a family – everyone is welcome to move, breathe, and reconnect.

2. Yoga under the Mallorcan Sun

My yoga classes take place in and around Artà. You're welcome to join me for a session at my finca near Artà – surrounded by nature and in a relaxed atmosphere.
Or I can come to you – flexible and tailored to whatever suits you best.

3. Fun Fact about Me

I’ll admit it: I love sore muscles.
That feeling the next morning when you just know your body worked.
When walking up the stairs reminds you of yesterday’s effort.
When the sweat flows and I finish a workout completely spent – I can literally feel the endorphins kicking in.

1. Yoga Style with Heart

I teach mindful Hatha Yoga with a focus on alignment, breath, and body awareness – sometimes powerful, sometimes meditative.
I'm especially inspired by Kaula Yoga: a quiet, deeply relaxing style that nurtures gentle strength, inner calm, and connection.
At the center of all my classes: you. In your own rhythm, guided by your own feeling.

2. Yoga under the Mallorcan Sun

My yoga sessions take place in and around Palma – by the sea, in parks, or at your preferred location.
Favorites include the city beach Can Pere Antoni, Parc de la Mar below the cathedral, or peaceful green spots like Bosque Urbano and Parc de Sa Riera.

They combine mindful movement, grounding, and intuitive self-awareness – always with a focus on stability, ease, and what feels right for you – from the inside out.

3. A fun fact about me…

I love walking barefoot and really enjoy that free, grounded feeling.
What I don’t love at all, though: dirty soles – especially when something sticky gets stuck on them.
So, as much as I love barefoot living… I don’t indulge as often as I’d like!

1. Yoga Style with Heart

I teach a variety of yoga styles – from gentle Hatha and restorative Yin to flowing Vinyasa. But one thing remains the same in every class: my yoga is always embodied. It’s less about outer form or perfection, and more about feeling connected to your body, being present, and creating a practice that’s completely personal and unique to you.

2. Yoga under the Mallorcan Sun

Most classes take place right by the sea or in special natural settings – surrounded by sun, wind, and waves. This backdrop brings a unique kind of magic: everything feels lighter, freer, more alive. Practicing yoga in Mallorca feels like an invitation to dive deeper into yourself while staying grounded and connected to the earth.

3. Fun Fact about Me

Turtles are my absolute favorite animals. Whenever I feel rushed or stressed, I imagine myself as a turtle – calm, steady, and slow. Surprisingly, that usually helps me get things done on time without pressure or mistakes. And when I’m not mentally a turtle, I tend to get most things done dancing – preferably barefoot.
