Hello, my name is Jana Maria.

 

Everyone goes their own way - including their own yoga path.

My yoga path began in 2006 near Frankfurt, where a teacher from Insideyoga, Young Ho Kim's school, fascinated me with his love for yoga and body movements in harmony with breathing. Yoga became my time-out from my stressful everyday life and the yoga mat became an oasis of inner peace. ​

Yoga is my passion now and my life is unthinkable without it. Since 2017 I have been teaching and living at my power place on Mallorca - the sea. My passion besides yoga and Mallorca is meditation which I enjoy while running and swimming. ​

I am at home at the east coast of Mallorca, but I travel and work throughout Europe and, of course, online. In addition to the already established brand YOGA SOL MALLORCA, I launched YOGA SOL CONCEPT in 2020. It focuses on teacher training and further education, placement of yoga teachers from my large international network as well as YOGA online courses and seminars.

 

As a business graduate specializing in tourism and many years of experience, especially in the event sector, there is nothing better for me than organizing yoga trips around the globe and training courses. ​

 

Every student is unique and goes their own way. I also convey this in my yoga classes, which are always different and designed individually. Thanks to many years of experience and well-founded training, I teach at the highest quality level.
